yeah he may be good but im pretty sure caleb wilson from rhea is better.

LOL!! :P:D!!! R u 100% sure about that!!?? Well, I think differently. Ta Ta is a complete, all-around player. No disrespect 2 Caleb, he's a really great qb (and thats the only aspect of the game he has an edge on Ta Ta) but Ta Ta can do it all. He's listed as 1 of the top 10 prospects in the state as an athlete, playing WR, DB, PR, & KR. I havent saw Caleb on the all state list yet, but I've saw Ta Ta twice(once actually making it and the other as honorable mention). O yea, Ive witnessed Ta Ta intercepting Caleb every year since he was a freshman. I wonder what's going to happen this year....we'll see Oct. 13. Good luck 2 both in their senior seasons.

:D

You would think someone would knock Red Bank off their high horse, they've been talking region 4-4a trash for a couple years now. I guess it's bragging rights. As far as talented, maybe Ta Ta is more talented. As far as being great at their position, Caleb Wilson is great. Maybe you've seen him play, maybe you haven't. He does more with less. I'm interested to see if the papers just stop covering Red Bank's region, since they obviouslly are going to win. L.m.a.o., you've got to be kidding me.

I really can't see Red Bank winning the title this year and main reason if Ta Ta gets hurt or stopped Red Bank is done. They have no one to replace Ta Ta. I have seen every team play in 4-4A except for White County in the preseason and the first two weeks sometime, and as of right now I really can't say who will win because near the end of the regular season very year. You can be in first one week lose a region game or two and you will be lucky to make the playoffs. If Red Bank survives the weeks of oct 6-20 and maybe even the 28th then they may win the title.

Come on now, just be real. Now im not sounding cocky or just giving Red Bank the title at all. Believe me 4-4a is really tough and the winner will not be determined until week 9/10. I think the winner will come down 2 RB, Rhea, & Cleveland & the 3 & 4 spot will be between Hixson, White County, & whom ever doesnt get the 1/2 out of those 3 teams previously mentioned.

O yea, I truely believe Ta Ta is much better @ his position than Caleb. If he wasnt, then y has he picked him off every year of high school & makes a big play everytime they play Rhea.

Red Bank isn't a 1-man show. RB is full of athletes, Benford, Russell, McDuffie, Staton, Sims, & Landers just to name a few of those. We'll see what happens when Oct. comes, but for now, RB is focusing on the next game.

Caleb is good, but Ta Ta is better!!!

Caleb is not our only player either!!! I will take Caleb over your QB and RB core vs RB Core Rhea county has four or five they can count on as well!!

    • Deja vu all over again, 7 yrs apart. SMDH Does anybody talk to each other?
    • OK, well, that’s because two quarterbacks can’t start. That’s football 101. The main quarterback won the starting job, so he was on varsity, and the Seymour transfer did not win the starting job. He played some varsity. He was mainly junior varsity, and he balled out when healthy, so for the starting quarterback who’s been starting varsity since his freshman year, if you have any form of proof that he’s gotten worse, somehow, whether that means stats or whatnot, please feel free to share.
    • They’ve both gotten worse. I’ve seen enough games to know that.
    • The only two transfers that Bearden has gotten that went on to play college football were a defensive back from Karnes, who transferred here way before the new coaching staff got here, and a running back from Carter, who went on to play at Maryville College. Both players received those offers while at Bearden, and both players got a diploma from Bearden High School. Therefore, they are Bearden kids, and you can’t do anything about that.   The transfer from Seymour didn’t win the job, what do you expect two quarterbacks to start at the same time? He played great on JV when he could stay healthy, and when he came in on varsity, he did great. The quarterback position is definitely going to be in good hands when the current starting quarterback leaves, but until then, they’re just going to be battling it out like every good quarterback competition does. The current starting quarterback has his flaws, and that is in the pass game, but what he doesn’t have flaws is running and scrambling, and if you go back and watch any game, which I’m sure you didn’t watch any, we used him very often, and when we needed a deep ball, we brought in the transfer from Seymour. The starting quarterback last year will be a senior this year, and the Seymour transfer will be a junior, so the Seymour transfer is definitely going to get his spotlight. He may even win the job this year. Football isn’t about who the newspaper thinks is the best kid. The best kid in the position will win the starting job, and I trust the coaching staff more than a newspaper or article to pick my starting QB.
    • I mean, we’ve only gotten two transfers that went on to play college football, one who went to UT Martin came his second semester junior year before the new coaching staff was here, and the other one went on to play at Maryville College, in which I don’t believe he had any interest prior to transferring.
