Without a doubt, the least discussed but one of the most important ppl on the team. he starts the game,when the offense is in a jam he punts it to good posittion, and he can help you win or lose by one point. Thats right guys, im talkin bout the kicker. whose the best?

 

BTW i definatly nominate jerred shepherd, started playing football 2 weeks ago and hes already varsity/jv kicker. he hit 6/7 last night in his jv matchup against hancock.

Coalfield's Nick Duncan has improved the strength of his leg tremendously, and I expect him to hit a few field goals by the end of the year.

 

Oliver Springs' Jake Johnson might be the best in East Tennessee. Oneida's Josh Slaven, only a sophomore, is going to be a very good one.

Collinwood has a freshman kicker, Edgar Salos, who can nail em from 50 yards. He is going to be a great kicker in the years to come.

Willy Cruz from Houston Co. Too bad he never gets in field goal range because his offense is stagnent.

Josh Slaven will be a good kicker by his senior year.... the kid from oliver springs i was watching him in the shs game they had this past friday and he can kick them through the back of the endzone, i'd say through the field goal post on kick-off...he has a leg on him...zach lambert for oneida is a good punter, he got player of the week in the local newspaper for punting a couple weeks back.

Keep Kyle Lehning in mind from Lipscomb. He is only a sophomore. He has hit 11/12 this year with the only miss coming from the narrower college goal posts in Week Zero. Already has a 38 yard FG to his credit.

Peter Wilkes from uc has great potential... hasnt gotten a chance to prove his-self yet but i have seen him kick solid from 50+...
