Lets break this down :

 

Speed: Edge to the pirates obviously. They are on the Mr. Brownstone / Dr. Feelgood training regimen. This provides the half dozen or so players both energy and speed and no one can keep up.

 

Strength: I think if Basin will hit a few of them in the mouth then the pirates will be hesitant. No one has yet hit them like men. Jasper, Temple and Friendship will. Edge is still Pitt

 

IQ: Basin hands down - SP is predicatble. the problem is no one has the talent to match up...YET.

 

Crowd: Push. Homefield isn't a big deal if you notice all the old people in the stands taht are catatonic and the Rednecks on the sidelines with BACCER DROOL down the side of their face to dumbfounded to recognize the difference in a Wing T and a Trips Set.

 

Cheerleaders: Basin. Got to go with mountian girls over the thugs'

 

Band: Unfortunatly we will have to hear the same songs they play each week. How did they get Band of the week when they during an off week especially when you had Warriors and Bucs playing? Two reasons come to mind: First, everyone was grateful not to hear that garbage they play - I think they "know" like 2 songs and iot aint all that great. second; that fat dude with the goatee that yells and waves his arms like a maniac probably threatened to eat a someone's children or sit on someone. PUT DOWN THE HOT DOG AND DRINK A SLIM FAST!!!

 

So there ya have it SPHS by a few touchdowns but they will have to deal with a lot better opponents in a month or so . Friendship is the state champions - sign it in the book.

We are ready for anybody that wants to step on the field with us and we dont care how good poeple tell us we are we will still go and practice the same every week we are not under estimating anybody.

Appreciate the info zonepirate. Looks like we still got some good talent coming up. Very impressed with the lineman. All you other Pirate fans dont let some jerk irritate you on here where you get into a mud slinging contest. Other people seem to blast us because they are jealous of our hardware and the many beatings we have inflicted on them in the past. Just remember its a game!!!!!!!

Line is playing very well even though most teams we play are bigger. Our line coaches have done an outstanding job. The backs and recievers have improved their blocking and that is why we are breaking some long ones. Vic will have a lot to work with over the next 4-5 years

Good luck to the Pirates. You guys should have no problem keeping the victory here in the valley. It wont be as bad as LV but it will be bad enough.

Well our football team is 3-0 and since you won't tell us where your from it pretty much says your football team isn't that GREAT, and you have nothing better to do then make fun of other teams it shows what a great person you are.

 

Our cheerleaders are not thugs they work hard and support our football team all the way.

 

The band got band of the week because NEWS CHANNEL 3 ,FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL PRODUCER THOUGHT WE WERE BETTER THAN ANY BAND THAT PERFORMED THAT WEEK. I spoke with Randy Smith about this for a newspaper article and he said that the bands are chosen by appearance and quality of music. WE RULE, SO STOP WHINING AND GET OVER IT.

 

OUR BAND DIRECTOR MIGHT BE A little OVERWEIGHT BUT HE IS THE BEST BAND DIRECTOR IN THE VALLEY!!! OBVIOUSLY, HE DOESN'T NEED TO PUT HIS HOTDOG DOWN BECAUSE IT GOT YOUR ATTENTION. THE BAND IS GREAT AND IS WORKING VERY HARD FOR UPCOMING NATIONAL COMPETITIONS WHICH WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS.

 

QUIT TALKING ABOUT REDNECKS BECAUSE YOU MIGHT AS WELL BE ONE. Go back to school and learn how to spell, or get a life.

I don't know about you pirate fans but I for one do not care what beaver man thinks.

 

 

The beaver says that SP won this game 48-0. The beaver was impressed with SP's offense tonight. They were without Jones, Robinson, and Mitchell. Bibbs stepped up in a big way tonight. Congradulations little man. The beaver thinks he had over 200 yards rushing. The beaver hopes these guys are alright and are ready to go next week.

 

When the Beaver speaks, everyone listens, this includes Chester.
