Hurricane fans,

 

Could you give us an update on the status of the players who were injured last night in the second half? Also, what exactly went on on the sidelines when the game was stopped when the man was down over there? I'm still confused on this one.

 

Hope those guys are all right and have a speedy recovery. Any updates would be appreciated.

Both players have been released from the hospital. Neither player will play this week.

After the West game was over, we tuned the radio to listen to the 'Canes and came in when one of the East players was injured. I glad to hear that they're OK.

I'm so glad they are all right. I saw the radio guys WCRK and Coaches and told them we'd be praying for those young men. Godspeed in their recovery!

That is great news! I am glad that they were released. I had heard that the player down on the field for so long may had broken his neck, so that is great news.

Hope they are ok, I know that as a Mom I am always holding my breath and praying the whole game that both teams come out safe. It can be scary at times. No matter how exciting and emotional the game is you never want to see a kid hurt. Keep us updated and we will keep praying.
