Im going to go with the 2006 Cosby team, the 95 team players are around 30 years old and most all of them havent played a down of ball in 10+ years.

This team wins by a big margin! The 93, 94 , and 95 teams at Cosby were some of the best ever. They were very competitive in a tough 2A conference but they lacked the overall talent and most of all depth. Heck I played for the 93 team that was as good as 94, 95 but we had 22-24 kids on the team with only about 12 worth puttin on the field.

i also played on those teams i dont think this years team could take the hits from the guys on the 94 95 teams such as #14 #85 #33 #2 #77 #24 because you yourself know thats what we liked to do and did it well

They have high (With the exception of the Alcoas/Goodpastures of the world) Class 2A/ to low-mid-pack 3A speed in Rone and the Lowe Brothers. The kids on the team have great character and Bubba Byer demonstrates the character of the team in a nut-shell; except when he keeps bugging his OC about plays....lol

 

Those 90s Cosby teams would have a better feature back however, JMO.

i have to agree,speed kills.i believe kelvin would throw for 300 yards on the secondary that 95 team had,i think coach shelton was the only secondary they had.plus this years D is stout.i dont know i didnt get to see the 95 team so this is just a shot in the dark.

I wore Purple back in the days of the mid 90's but I do know that this year's team is something special no matter what the people from Carter Co. think! I have to agree just seeing some of the older films the 93 team was pretty tough, solid QB, speedy WR, and a tough as nails FB. They were also bigger up front than we are this year but like it has already been said to much overall speed and depth in the 06 version of the Eagles for to many teams of the past to deal with, but I think the better game would be against the 93 team and this year's team would be fun to see!
