The thing I am impressed with the most is the number of games they play. This week alone they are playing 29 teams on Friday night. How on Earth do they do it???

 

 

 

Will one of you football scholars explain the purpose of the bye week. I heard it was a regulation but I'm not sure. thanks

Every team has 10 games and there are potentially 11 weeks if you choose to use them. the TSSAA installed the week 0 for teams to have a choice to play on that week and have a bye in the middle of the season or they could start on week 1 and play 10 straight weeks.

Well Bye's school has 54,678 students, and its an all boy school. Thats how they are able to play 29 games this week.
