Because the Smyrna wrestling team lost all 4 of their coaches from last year, there was not a schedule made for the up-coming season. The team still needs to make some regional matches happen and hopefully you know who you are. Efforts to contact you have not been sucessful, so please contact the Coach at his email address garnerc@rcs.k12.tn.us to schedule. Also any other team in the mid-state that has an open date available and would like to wrestle, feel free to contact the coach as well. Probably closer to Jan. the coach will post team info. To answer DAKEKOs question, I dont know that either. But Smyrna also graduated 9 starters last year. Som and everyone else that is not a coach (only 1 of those) are not allowed in the practices as of this year. Probably a good thing... no distractions from the torture of the new coach, whos' only got one thing on his mind. But if its any consolation to Soms fans out there..... he has recruited a couple of new "SOCIAL BUTTERFLIES" this year... they are just like him without the POTBELLY hehe.
