Cosby lost by 15 to Cloudland tonight and didnt look very good offensively for three quarters.

 

Defensively they didnt play well, either, and that may be an understatment.

 

Rone got two technicals and was ejected with the 2nd one. Here's a question, since it was a Hall of Fame "exhibition" game, does he get a 2 game suspension?

 

They've got a tough road ahead with Unaka and Morristown East looming in their next two games.

Well I kinda figured Cosby was alittle down when they beat Gibbs by only like 10-15 points... But then I also thought Gibbs was on their way up. Now Cloudland is good, but they're no-where near a 1A power house. And you never know how the chips might fall, but pretty much everyone is picking them to finish 3-4 in the conferance... But watch, Cosby will probably shoot 75% from the floor and make 10-11 3 pts. when Unaka comes down Tuesday...

I'll be honest with you. I didnt see anything. Of course, I couldnt see much on the floor.

 

The only thing I think about that whole ordeal is that the official shouldnt have gotten in his face afterwards. If you have a technical to give out, give it and go on. Instead he got in his face and tried to provoke him further, I thought.

If Rone plays Cosby will beat Unaka by 15. If not Unaka might get by. Cloudland might finish 3 or 4 but I bet they will be ready for the Tournament. In my opinion no one in the east is a 1a powerhouse right now. Until somebody shows they can beat Humboldt, Union City and Lake County all teams in the east need to get to work.
