I was just wondering how Perry County basketball was doing. I kept up with the football program this year on CoachT, but I do not see much about the basketball teams on here. How are the teams doing?I am pretty sure that the middle school boys are rolling, but what about everyone else?

The middle school boys pretty much rolled through the season, finishing undefeated. The high school boys started off slow, but got their first district win Tuesday night against Zion Christian. They are not real big, but can run the floor real well and have good shooters in Marrs and Cunningham.

They are a very young and inexperianced team outside of a select few. They will develope over the season and have great talent coming in for the next few years.

 

They are fast and can shoot pretty well from the floor. They have great perimeter play, but a weak low post with small and inexperianced players.
