I like the rankings, almost all the weights look right...but Jadoobersingh beat Randolph..Ford beat Corley earlier in the season but lost in the consolation finals of the ravenwood tourny, with a hurt knee, the G.P. West will be stacked at 125 this weekend and I am curious to see the finals matchup..Yes, Felix (the best in state) is wrestling down at 145, but should keep McCroskey at #1 till G.P. West is done..And Marcum beat Wolfe at 189, also Quick should be in the top 6.

He might have had a hurt knee but theres always an excuse for something...like we all said a long time ago that was corleys first match of the season and he didnt have much practice.we told everyone Ford wouldnt stand a chance against corley at full force...so now we have all seen The Major Corley put on Ford.

What Weight class? How did he do against Hendersonville?

(HWT)

I think that Lav and FCS pinned Hendersonville in the first???

The Lav/FCS hwt match looked like a sure trip to the hospital.

Hwt's usually don't have the lungs to go 6 minutes plus three

ot periods.

I was impressed with the ref that was @ FCS. He was in charge!

Thanks

He's not my fav ref.

I get tired of hearing action, action, action

He wants action but not to much action.

My older son who wrestled in College hates the way he calls and the calls about slaps to the head.

My Bad, My Bad.

Taylor Dixon - 160 weight class, and he wrestled all those guys at 160.

That better? :D

Taylor Dixon has not defeated Chase Turpin of FRA this season, nor have the two even wrestled.

FRA beat Independence 58-24 in the finals of the FRA Duals on 12/16/07. Taylor Dixon did not wrestle for Independence in that match. Instead, Chris Shinsheimer wrestled up at 160 for Independence. Turpin beat Shinsheimer by pin. The only other time that FRA and Independence wrestlers have met on the mat this year was at the Independence Tournament on 12/29/07. Turpin was out of town due to a death in the family and did not wrestle for FRA that day. IHS---you should confirm the accuracy of statements that you are passing on for ranking consideration.

Has Roberson(Soddy) Hall(Mary) Croy(BWD) or Quick(Tull) ever wrestled this year?

Maryville and Seymour both Wrestled Tullahoma on Friday. Maryvile and Seymour beat Tullahoma. Not sure about the score for Maryville. Seymour won 40 - 32 or 33. Not sure on the exact score, but close. Hall beat Quick by 2 or 3 points I believe. I heard Ridnour and Kearteron- (not sure if thats spelled right), Tullahoma's 125, bumped up and they had a tough match. I think Ridnour pulled it out in the third. Congrats to Ridnour, Hall, and Maryville on a big win!

    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
    • Yeah and the coach is gone. Whole bizarre situation here. We played them a couple of times at MTSU last few years. She was a player for sure.
