As a PROUD alumni of MCHS, Class of 83, I was also felt very priviledged to witness this special occasion. I have been blessed to be a part of the boys and girls basketball program this year and just wanted to make sure everyone knows it is a total team effort, it starts at the community level, goes down to the school, Sherry Prince and Larry Ziegler and the entire faculty do an outstanding job with the students, and keeps on going to Randy, trying to resurrect a dying program and teach our girls teamwork, fundamentals, and how to be good winners as well as losers, and most importantly it ends at home, both our boys and girls have great support from their families. Each game will find one or both parents in the stands if they can be there, cheering for the Lady Warriors. It is also refreshing to talk to young people who address adults as Mr. or Mrs, and answer questions with "yes sir" and "no sir" or "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am" I am very proud of this years girls basketball team, they are truely ladies and they are definately Warriors.
