Gibbs defeated Austin-East tonight 13-0. They will play Carter twice starting at 5:30 on Tuesday, May 8 at Gibbs.

 

Alcoa defeated Fulton 9-5 at Seymour.

Carter defeats Gibbs (and Umpires thanks Silver Mullet) 8-7

 

Elvis your post should read, "Gibbs and Carter play tomorrow at 5, and if Gibbs wins the first one then they will play again."

Seymour beat Alcoa tonight in 9 innings 7-6. Good game with big plays on both parts. Alcoa pitcher threw a very good game for 9 innings. Koeneman hit 3 run shot in bottom of 7th to tie the game. Championship game is Wed. at 7:00 at Seymour. Winner of last game between Gibbs and Carter comes to Don Doyle field.

Seymour wins over Gibbs tonight 13-11. Pretty good game overall. It could have been better with some different umpires.
