STOP...STOP

Beech has a 2 or 3 year starter ,6'3 point guard named Crocker that can not be overlooked. He makes assist that no one in the county can top. He is also good for 8 ppg. I will take him over any guard in the county, and in District 9. Oh, did I mention, he plays with an attitude. You know, the guy most schools love to have because he is percieved as overconfident. He is just good, sometimes to good for his young teammates.

Teddy Kowalski is a nice player at Westmoreland. He should be in the top 3 teams. Looks like Townley bested Barnes tonight.

I THINK KOWALSKI WAS 2ND TEAM ALL COUNTY LAST YEAR.. WHITE HOUSE PLAYED WESTMORELAND EARLIER THIS YEAR AND KOWALSKI PLAYED LIKE A MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAYER..WESTMORELAND WAS THE LEAST TALENTED TEAM WE PLAYED ALL YEAR.. TOWNLEY PLAYED WELL TONIGHT ... HE HIT SOME BIG SHOTS BUT RICE WAS THE ONE WHO PLAYED HUGE AS DID CROCKER AT THE END....BUT BASKETBALL IS A TOURNAMENT SPORT AND THOSE ARE COMING SOON... WHITE HOUSE WILL BE READY ... GOOD LUCK TO BEECH AS THEY HOST THE DISTRICT AND REGION AND GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE OTHER SUMNER COUNTY TEAMS...

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
