OK let me see how can I as a parent of Overton wrestling rip you a new one that the sun dosn't shine on . Is this the only reason why you joined coach t . You had all the season to contribute but this is all you have. People don't understand that sometime wrestling is more than two guys getting on the mat . There is also strategy that plays into what is going to make matches competitive. Ralph Gabriel is one of the top coaches in the state. It's like this you need to think about what you are posting . Gabe cares more than you will ever know.

Top coach how are you joking with. The best coaches in the state do not lay down in there matches. Overton has had great coaches before Ronnie Carter and Greg Wingo. But not the little man!

gabriel is definitely one of the better coaches out there, definitely one of the best light weight coaches, as can be shown by his success in the old region 6 and by his state placers

what do you have against him?

Hey, guys, responding to an idiot post like this only keeps it alive, moves it up the topic board and gives the person who posted it his fifteeen seconds in the spotlight. Those of us who have been on the other side of the mat from Overton in Region 6 know that this coomment is without merit. So if nobody else posts any further replies to his message, maybe this topic will sink down to the bottom where it belongs.

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
