District 7aa Championship

Well, the Smith County Owls have made it to the championship. GREAT JOB OWLS! I believe they play Livingston on Tuesday night. FOR THE TITLE. Who do yall think will get this game? I am for Smith County all the way. The 6th seeded team coming into the championship. They've set a statement. Now I hope they finish this season with that Number 1 trophy. GO OWLS!

they have not in so many years, i can't remember

 

they are playing well -- we'll see !!

 

at least they get to play one region game at home -- that's good as always

Yes... And I think the last time Smith County had a big season was in 1990. It's been forever whenever it was. So I hope they'll get it as well. I also hope they go pretty far into the region. I don't know who they will play first round. But they better be ready for the SCHS Owls.

Has anyone heard how Dunn's ankle is?? Will he be able to play Tuesday night? That will determine who the winner of this game will be. Hope you can play through the pain Chase....LA needs you, but don't try to come back too soon. You have two more years to play, don't mess it all up over one game.Go HOG-EYE!!!

He has got to be very sore and no telling whats wrong with the ankle now although he was hobbling on it. This will hurt LA but I think there is plenty of firepower on the bench to make up for it if he can't play. This is the reason LA is tough to start with, the bench depth.

i think that la wil still be able to play good without dunn... i watched the games last night and i thought la moved the ball good and everyone had a role in the second half

Smith County played very well last night. Should be a great game for the championship between the Owls and LA's Wildcats.

Actually, this is the 2nd time in the last 4 years that Smith Co is playing in the District final... and two years ago they placed 3rd in the district. Congrats to them... and good luck to all the teams in the regional tourny!
