Some of the associations have camps that the officials attend during the summer for part of their training. They also work with them in the preseason on the fundamentals to being a referee. If you have a problem with it, as has already been said on here, GET OUT THERE AND DO IT YOURSELF. I did and now I have a totally different look and how they call a game. So either get an experience with it or stop whining!

Me too! There are good refs and bad ones. Just like there are good coaches and bad ones. People need to let it go!
