Guest jwolf
In your opinion who is the greatest high school soccer player to ever play? In my opinion the goallie for Cookeville High School in the year 2000 was the greatest. He was awesome, but I do not remember his name. Guest jwolf
I never knew the guy that is why I do not know his name. I just always saw his stats. Kyle Roberts was five times better than Grant Paule for Houston.

rollredroll
Leave it up to someone with the name "Yankee" in his/her name to give a smart-a response like that one. Reading between the lines on a website that clearly says "Tennessee High School Sports", don't you think he may have been referring to the greatest player ever to come out of Tennessee???? The McCallie fan and a few others certainly knew to which player pool the question was referring.....
drsoccer
Carey Talley, who plays for DC United played at Houston and don't forget Cindy Parlow, who has started many times on the US Womens team. Ross Paule played with Talley when they won the state championship. I believe he has done very well in the MLS and was called up to train one time with the National team. He has also played in the MLS allstar game.
kick4pat
Peter Beasley from Livingston Academy is up there w/ the top rated players, all State his junior year, and I think he was second team his senior year, if he played at a bigger school he would have had more publicity. He was quick at his feet and could score 25 yards out, had right at 50 goals in his two season at LA. His is now playing at Linsay Wilson? mrh11
in all the hype about the best player in the state, i heard of this kid named chris (i dont know his last name). he attends school at "the northeast middle tennesse state college prepatory school of the arts and minds. already this year he has 67 goals, along with 184 for his career and 79 assists for his career as well. he is only a sophmore. in his freshman year, he scored 117 with a relatively average schedule. this year as a sophmore he has put in 67 with a more difficult schedule against his squad. look out for him in thye future
