How will Jackson teams place on your list?

You have got to be kidding me if you think that Liberty is going to be better than South Side...South Side only lost 2 players which didn't hurt them in the least bit. Liberty has no pitching--if Gavin there ace then they should give up bc he throws nothing but meat. South Side has Blake Talbott-who just received a full ride to bethel, Tyree Jefferies, and Derek Long back on the mound after breaking his elbow last year, but he is throwing in the upper 80's every game! South Side will be tough even offensively with Pearce Deaton (led the team in homeruns and rbi's last year), bubba plemons, tyree jefferies, chris sipes, ron plemons, and derek long all returning. Next yr they may struggle but this year they should dominate most teams in jackson, but I will say USJ is the best team in Jackson and South Side is a close 2nd! But Liberty should give up or shut up!

Strong words and seem a little over emotional, calm down, someone was just stating their opinion. Guess we'll find out about South Side and Liberty next week.

Long in the upper 80's. Don't think so. You might need to recalibrate that gun you are using. Maybe low 80's. But that doesn't mean that he is not pitching well, just not in upper 80's.

The problem with making derogatory remarks abour another team before you play them is you often wind up looking like a fool. Liberty's "no pitching" shut out South Side on back to back nights and beat Jeffries and Talbot. South Side managed 3 hits and 0 runs in 14 innings against the "no pitching" Liberty.

 

This is not intended as a jab toward South Side. Liberty, South Side, Bolivar and Lexington are all pretty evenly matched teams that will battle it out for District 12AA title. Just had to answer Shoot off his mouth making derogatory remarks baseball01 guy.

liberty won the first game 5-0 with matt haynes throwing an amazing game(only allowed one hit) and alex marbury threw the second game in a 1-0 win
