I was just about to ask about him. based on cross country season, my advice to you is to focus on the 3200. it seems the most open. clabo should win easily, but the 2 spot is clearly up for grabs. good luck. Coniglio Posted March 4, 2007 Report Share Posted March 4, 2007 That's what my coaches and I decided. I'll still train for a possible chance at the 1600 because I'll need the speed. I think we've even talked about doubling the 4x800 (first leg) and 1600 just to see if I can really run all out right back to back. I also want to try 2 legs in the 4x800 sometime.
