Beech played Hardin Co. and won 1-0. Beech is now 8-2 overall and 3-0 in district. Beech plays Brentwood Academy at Beech at 4 Friday.

Who knows? One thing's for sure, though, there will be a lot of good baseball at the Classic.

Beech lost to Brentwood Academy 2-0 on friday 3-30. Beech is going to Florida for the Nike Classic April 1-5. Beech plays Smyrna on April 9 which will be there first district game after returning from Florida.

Beech won the Puma/Gata sports classic in pensacola Florida going 4-0. Beech is now 12-3 and 3-0 in district play. The Bucs get no rest however playing Smyrna tonight. Beech also plays White House, Lavergne and a tournament in Kentucky this weekend.

I understand that Beech won at LaVergne Thursday night. Saw in the Smyrna, Gallatin topic that Smyrna prevailed in 9 innings.

Anyone have details?

Smyrna was up 5-3 when #44 for Gallatin came up and hit a 2 run homer to tie it then it just kept going until Austin Townes led off the ninth with a home run and then after that it was all down hill for Gallatin, Smyrna started hitting like they could and scored 6 in the ninth and then Egerton shut them down.. good job gallatin though..
