50% Rule

I read in the baseball forum that this rule did pass, but did not include soccer. Can anyone verify this??? The thread started yesterday and included changes that did include soccer but nothing significant that I could see considering the affects of passing the 50/50 rule. I hope this is true.

Thanks, but it was a whole lot more than me. All of the coaches that I know across the state came together to fight this. Coach Plummer from Hendersonville took it head on with the TSSAA and started a Tennessee Soccer Coaches Association. My hats off to him, and all the other coaches and administrators who fought this!

the 50% rule says that fifty percent of the players on a highschool team cannot play on the same offseason club team. or something along those lines. which would really stink for places like tullahoma where there is only one club team around. but luckily it didnt pass.
