Well, I hope Bartlett fans understand how big their win over Lexington

Heard that Bartlett had a good run in the Classic. Didnt get a chance to go but, they beat Lincoln Co. and State Champs Farragut. Also beat national rank Lexington Catholic. They started out strong against Riverdale but it seams that Bartlett's pitching went south and Riverdale's bats became very hot. Sounds like Riverdale can go a long way in the state. They put the worst loss to Bartlett this year. Bartlett will get back on track with a district game with Cordova tonight.

trojan7000 don't let the score sway your opinion about riverdale. I was'nt impressed with riverdales bats at all. heard they got off light by facing bartletts no. 6 pitcher who made them look pretty bad at the plate for 3 innings.

Yea, thats true, I heard they even had a sophmore pitching, Coach Clark is smart, he like's to win but he's not going to use up all of his best pitching up there. The real game is today vs Cordova.

you made a good point about the #6 pitcher but i will also tell you that we didnt start our top 3 against you either in fact i dont even remember who we started against you but we ...like you...did not start our district pitchers in any of the games i think 1 of them threw for 2 innings and in the whole tournament...i did not see much of this game i was unable to attend until the late innings so i cant give more details but both teams looked good in the tournament and i would be surprised if we dont see you in murfreesboro in May good luck

Riverdale threw their number 4,5,and 7 against Bartlett so pitching your number 6 then bringing in your number 3 is not an excuse.

davidlimbaugh, Great comments, That was a bigger win than I thought, Riverdale and Bartlett are two great teams they both played great from all the info i heard. These are 2 teams that will be in the Boro when it counts.
