they didnt lose all that many, 2 lineman, 2 reciever, and qb, qb will prob be the hardest spot to fill, last year they started alot of underclassmen

I've read on here that they have a solid 09 class. How are they in terms of weight and strength in the weight room?

Keep working hard. Things in 1A football seems to be up and down. I can remember when Mt. Pleasant was pretty much a joke. Hrdly won a game. Their Middle school team would go undefeated and their high school team wouldn't do much. Now look at them, the best team in the region and one of the top in the state.
