Good Luck to the Panthers! I know the injury bug has hit them hard this year..hopefully some of the starters can get back soon. -
Portland and Hillsboro tied with 3 scores each. The Panthers ran the ball well against the Burros; Hillsboro hit a long pass to score on the last play vs. the Portland #2 defense.

Balanced & unbalanced line Single Wing using Power series as a base. Would also use half-spin & full spin series.

I've noticed that too...I thought the new system was supposed to eliminate the 2 or 3 win teams from playoff consideration; guess it doesn't quite work that way..

Sounds to me like you are Jackrabbit. Hate to tell you this, but you've got nothing on Dray Mercer. Glad to hear that Dray Mercer is playing football; I remember several years ago there was some talk that he would only concentrate on basketball. Sounds like PC is having a good year on the gridiron. Hillaboros O-line whips the D-line in practice everyday..should tell the coaches something. Need to use a couple of those big 280-300 lbers down at the DT's taking on dbl teams; slant 'em hard, coach 'em up on techniques of beating dbl teams. This is of course provided they can move somewhat & don't stand straight up..LOL Free up those backers to flow & make plays...Good luck to the Burros!

I saw the Burros play in a pre-season scrimmage; What's surprising to me is the lack of size in HHS O & D Lines. Are there not any big strong kids who want to play football walking the halls over there at Hillsboro?
