I Think the player should come from the State Champion, however, from what I have seen, you have to consider Kenny Love from Science Hill. He had a dominating game, except for scoring, against Farragut.

Yes he lead Farragut and Backstrom was second with 23 goals and 21 assists.

Backstrom was leading the team for awhile, then I believe right before post season started they were both tied with 15, Backstrom was ahead in assists. Russell then poured it on in post season. Backstrom had I think 4 hat tricks and and a couple hat tricks with assists at the beginning of the year.

 

maybe Backstrom and Russell should both win.
