Sorry for your loss also...........Could you post a date and time when you find out for sure. I started this forum and I definitely want to call in. All I ever hear is that the Spring Fling was his idea and how great it is. Well I love the concept but it sure needs some oiling!

Well $7 is not that bad for an adult, but for my 5 year old daughter it was ridiculous.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. It was my Grandmother that passed away, but she was at a point where there was no quality of life and she is in a much better place now.

 

As for Mr. Carter, I know he is heading out on vacation this week, but he knew the situation this past week so I am planning on Monday. If not, I did the best I could and will get him when he gets back. Thanks for the interest in the show! It is tough doing a 4 day a week show solo, so give me a call anytime you can!

Unfortunately, all this topic is good for is exactly this...keeping us all busy refreshing the browser to see someone else's complaints!

 

Ronnie Carter and TSSAA are the most worthless team of "professionals" I have heard of. Well, the ACLU takes that one - but barely. There will NEVER be any relief to this money hungry organization until some rich Tennessean steps up to the plate and delivers us a good secondary option. Insurance is the biggie....it could be run like a business, and infrastructure would be no problem. In all honesty, it would be better.

Mr Carter will be on 96.5 in West Tennessee at 4:05 tomorrow (Tuesday). This was the interview I had to re-schedule. And yes the phone lines will be open for questions.

 

If you can't call and want to submit a question send questions to westtennesseeinsiders@yahoo.com and in the subject line put Carter Interview. I will post a recap tomorrow night of the answers. Or if anyone listening wants to post a recap earlier they can do so.

oh i wish i was in west TN the 50/50 rule is the worst along with the no facilities open til Jan 1. I know they say that you can go in there but they cant coach but no insurance company will allow anyone in there without a coach find out if he has an answer for that i know someone has asked him about that and he didnt have an answer then

      Im asking everyone to keep roy whited and his family in your prayers. Coach whited won back to back state championships at white county in 98-99. He is very well liked and respected in this area. For those of you that dont know he went missing 3 days ago. No one knows where he is. His truck was found in a rural part of the county. Thanks again. We are all very concerned.

      West would be a good team to get behind if they can pull it off again like last year. That championship game last year was awesome.

      I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.

      I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!

      Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.
