Last thursday the macthups at the maplewood jamboree were;

 

Antioch 7 Vs. Whites Creek 0

 

Hillwood 7 Vs. Maplewood 19

 

How do yall think everyone did?

When did the scoring occur???? Were the starters in the game for all of the teams when the scoring took place???? In other words, did Antioch score it's TD with the varsity vs the varsity???? Is Antioch poised to make a run??? How is Whites Creek doing running the newly installed "Wing-T"???? How did the varsity vs varsity look in the Maplewood vs Hillwood game??? Are the Panthers loaded for another great season???? Is Hillwood improving under their new coach?????

antioch played starters in 1st qt. scored on opening drive probably 10 plays and ate a bunch of clock. i thought they looked sharp until the jv came in 2nd qt. i dont believe the 1st def gave up a 1st down.

Hillwood looked totally different. Phillips is a good fit for them. Don't look into the score completely, they played a very good Maplewood team. Hillwood ripped off a very long TD run against Maplewood's 1st team D. Maplewood's, Chris Simpson is going to have a big yr. he is very elusive. Cantrell did not play for Maplewood. Charles Watson did not play for Hillwood, he didn't dress.

 

Antioch scored easily against WC, probably could've scored more. WC had several turnovers.

 

Antioch has tall receivers who can catch, They lined McAdoo in the slot a lot. QB has to be consistent in getting them the ball. Running game needs some fine tuning.

Do not let the score fool you, Hillwood played a good game last night. Each teams first TD was varsity vs. varsity. Maplewoods other two TD's were on Hillwoods JV. Hillwood does look to be an improved/improving team under the new coach.
