I think both Regions are better this year. Right now its to early to tell. The last 2 years, 6 has been the best.

Well to the arrogant JB fan..yeh you got a good football program but when are you gonna be able to take a bigger step and get past region 6 in the playoffs..every year is different but for the past couple years Region 6 has been the obvious stronger region...

That's why there's not much of an argument. We Region 5ers would like to think we??™re stronger this year but we think that every year and look what happens. Who knows, maybe this is our year.

It seems every year region 6 wins round one of the playoffs 3-1 so until that changes I have to say 6. I do think this year it will be 2-2 though.

Yes but until someone else in the league steps up region 5 will continue to suffer from pac-10 syndrom. That is to say that the perception is that there is USC, and 9 other guys. The perception is that there is Jo Byrns, and 9 other teams. I think that with Cascade returning some good players who all have a very bad playoff taste that region 5 can draw even in the playoffs this year. Of course i had assumed the same last year and Cascade made me look like an idiot.

I must say top to bottom region 5 is a little stronger. The top 2 or 3 teams in each region are very evenly matched. So it is all in how you look at it.

Your post is correct. The post I was responding to was directed at Jo Byrns not region 5.
