Not that my opinion counts, but I think Cloudland has the playmakers to win this one. Chuckey Doak hit a couple big passes on The Creek, but the Black Knights were unable to run the ball against Unaka. Perhaps Unaka is just a little bit better defensively than many suspect.

Clawson, Tipton, Johnson, Miller, Hughes and others bring enough talent to the game to win. I hope they do.

Me too. I'd like to keep the top 3 playoff seeds in Carter co. I realize there is still alot of football to be played, but I think the Landers and Rangers will be fightin for 2nd barring injury or boneheaded mistakes.Good luck this week, although I think you are at least 2 td's better.By the way what do the Bl.knights run offensivly?

I don't think Unaka's defense has anyone fooled. People pay attention. The top three spots coming from Carter Co sounds good to me.

They'll run a few diffrent formations, I, split backs, wing and they will go into the shotgun and try to roll there quarterback out, they will also run the option. they have a pretty quick qb and a good wr. Should be a fun game

Thanks, I'm glad we are playing them again. Back when I played(late 80's Early 90's) I always looked forward to this game. CD was pretty good then and I always enjoyed a team that would line up and hit with us. I'm looking forward to watching this game. Black Knight fans lets here from you. What are your thoughts on your team and this game?

    • My kind sir, you seem to be lost within the time space continuum having traveled from the 16th Century or you aspire to hide your true intelligence by masking your language with that of the great playwright. You know good and well, your commentary takes your fellow comrades hours to decipher what you are really saying and most of them are likely left questioning whether you have insulted them or find them to be in your favor. I offer you some advice. In my travels through this area of the country, it is best to speak slow and with a twang and you don't annunciate  words to their fullest. Your points will be clear then!  Any names been mentioned around town as Actual Applicants to this job? Seen several post mentioning individuals, but I haven't heard of any of them except for Shoulders. Does he have ties to TC?  Have amy of the other names mentioned ever been in the HC position before?
    • They’re building something special there. They have 4 Varsity games scheduled & 5 JV. They are trying for a 5th Varsity game. Beat them now because they will be good in the future. They are building a football field there I think but the rich pricks of Farragut won’t let them get lights so they are possibly looking at property to build a stadium & field with lights
    • The gustatory amalgamation of succulent pork chops juxtaposed with verdant greens indeed evokes a sensory delight. Clint's narrative, imbued with the ethos of resilience, navigated the tumultuous waters of the 1980s with commendable fortitude. As for the prospective successor to the coaching helm, the mention of esteemed mentor Nick Saban's absence prompts a discerning hesitation towards alternative candidates, for excellence is the sole criterion deemed worthy of emulation.  Pray, may I inquire as to your esteemed identity? Are you perchance a luminary within the domain of coaching, endowed with unparalleled wisdom and insight?
    • The individual in question appears to engage in prolific posting without a discernible purpose. It is my conjecture that, in offline interactions, they derive considerable satisfaction from their own verbal expressions.
