I agree with you saying that if franklin loses they are out of the playoffs. But about them handling the pressure is a little different. Dickson will be looking for revenge after last years close loss at franklin which was a fluke. And now that DC has a key player, Steadman Bell , back Dickson has the option to pass the ball, which still wont happen. Im looking for DC to do their standard "run it down their throat" with 2 running backs Rayburn with speed and Pendarvis with power. Dickson Co. takes it

last year wasnt a fluke and neither was this year

WAY TO GO REBS! There are some big mental mistakes that we need to get under control (penalties can kill a team), but, they played well. When DCHS went ahead in the 3rd by a TD, the REBELS stayed calm and ran the ball down their throat.

THANKS BUT NO THANKS AWARD: ALEX FORD

Alex had several big runs that took us to the 2 yard line and coaches pull him. He got you there, let him get the glory. WAY to run Alex.

This was a good game, much closer than the score. Franklin's last TD being a fumble recovery for a TD with less than a minute left. It was no fluke for sure, but the game was pretty even throughtout with the game really not being settled till about halfway through the 4th.

Last year was last year so I won't comment on that one.

well despite the 20-27 score late in the fourth... we still were running the ball straight through DC's D... and we even ran the same play about 4 times in a row at one point....

and the calls didnt do so much... accept for the BS block in the back i dont recall any we hadn't earned (accept for some of the spots /wacko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wacko.gif" /> )

Franklin has been desperately in need of offensive leadership all season long. With the Dickson County game hanging in the balance, and their season on the line, Anthony Steele and the offensive line put the team on their backs and led the Rebels to their most important victory of the season...

Anthony Steele vs Dickson County

    • I extend my gratitude to ManCoverage for initiating this discussion thread tailored to the residents of Trousdale County. In times of adversity within our football team, it is imperative to have an outlet for expression, and what better platform than CoachT's Craigslist forum? I respectfully request that GOAT exercise discretion in his commentary, as his remarks have caused me personal distress.
    • I am inclined to wager a substantial portion of my financial assets on the likelihood that Waggoner shall transition to an alternative coaching vocation prior to the year 2028. It is my contention that discerning individuals are beginning to perceive his coaching prowess as lacking in the requisite excellence. Allow me to articulate the following assertion: Waggoner represents a markedly superior choice compared to the individual who perpetrated the act of fuel theft.   This individual exhibits a conspicuous propensity for frequent professional transitions, a trait which undermines his credibility and renders him an untenable choice for serious consideration. It is indeed confounding that his candidacy continues to garner attention and support.
    • Yeah same   It’s definitely true that tough times make tough kids, but some kids just have a big passion for the game and will become the best of the best no matter where they come from.
    • Hope you enjoy it King and good to meet you at state this year. Good luck to the Lady Landers. Keep battling.
