I have heard that the rest of the Dragon JV games have been canceled. Is there any truth to this?

Wouldn't you think the more your JV team plays the better for the next year? What a shame for the boys playing or is that one of the reasons there aren't enought left to play JV ball? Good Luck to the boys next year.

uprising2007...... the reason for us not having a JV this year is for the reason that we had a big fights vs. south doyle... also.... a minor fight vs. AC and halls...... nothing major.. except the south doyle.....

OK here is a new wrinkle for you. Oak Ridge and Clinton Frosh have apparently agreed to play the game that was cancelled earlier this year. It will be at 'The Ship on Thursday night starting at 5:30pm. On a special note Oak Ridge Freshmen walloped the Maryville Frosh tonight (Monday) at Maryville 29-19.

The game of football is an aggresive sport. And it's healthy for these boys to get after each other a little. But it just seems to me that the trash talk, and general disrespect for other players people etc.. has went just a little to far. Not only at Clinton but in other schools as well. But the only ones who can stop this are parents, and coaches.

It would be hard for Clinton coaches to stop trash talk. I believe they have taught the kids well in that area. So have a couple of the parents.
