Region 8 Match Updates

We don't have a lot of kids ranked in Reg 8. I think we have a few on the cusp! Here are the Grapplers ranked in our region and area. * Besides some that I feel should be ranked in the top 10 before it's over.

At some point you have to add in the HWT from WC!

 

He beat Waynick earlier this year.

He also pinned T. Bain (who is a tough kid) from Warren Co. in the finals of the Dawg Pound!

 

He has lost only one match this year.

He is a junior this year and he is improving quickly.

Shelton ended up beating Large. It was a close match in the 1st period than Large Made some mistakes that cost him back points. Should be a rematch in the finals at H'ville Inv this weekend.

Good Hvy match.

Our 140 and 145 are better than they showed tonight. Instead of giving up 2 they decided against all the wrestling gods and fight from their back side. I only seen a few in my 35 years of wrestling get away with that and they were State Champs going against an inferior grappler.

HL was missing about half their team. There were 5 forfits.
