MLREB
#5 is Jordan Dameron. Jordan was the MVP in the state tournament last year. Maryville is playing without 6'6" and 250 pound Aaron Douglas who is recovering from injuries during the football season. Aaron will be back after the break. Aaron dominated the inside last year at the state championship. Maryville lacks quality depth this year to make a serious run plus they will have to get by Bearden and Oak Ridge in their region. Norman Dale
just curious, how many athletes play both basketball and football for Maryville - besides Douglas? Maryville usually has quite a few basketball/football players but this year they only have 3 and Douglas is the only one with previous varsity basketball experience. Zane Winders and Chris Jordan are the other two footballers that are dressing with the varsity basketball team.
