How young is Bolivar?

I know Kendra Williams is a freshman and a star. How many others on the starting five will Bolivar return next season? They appear ready for a dominant run on the girls' side of the district because of their talent and coach.

 

 

 

Bolivar is a good team, but i think they will lose 2 or 3 players this year. Kendra Williams is a good player, but she lacks good sportmanship. She can't handle pressure defense well. You can't guard her without a hand in her face, because the girl can shoot the ball well. The one trouble with Bolivar is that Kendra Williams scores all of their points and that is going to get them into trouble if the other girls don't step up and score, because if Kendra Williams have a bad night Bolivar will not win.

I agree with you, up until the point you made about her having bad sportman ship, What did she do so bad to make you feel this way. Besides that, her shooting got to the regionals. I feel they are doing good. So stop hating on the lil girl cause she is good, let me see you try playing ball with all 5 starters on you and see what you can do. /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":huh:" border="0" alt="huh.gif" />

Maybe I've missed something but I don't see her lacking sportsmanship.

 

As for her scoring all their points, she can put up big numbers but Brooke Crisp can drain a ton of 3's. It is not about just shutting down Kendra

She's a good player but she carries the ball every time down court. She tends to play out of control sometimes that may be her youth.

Bolivar will win a lot of games especially when they play at home.

      Defending 2A state Champs Westview Lady Chargers are pretty tough. They lost a bunch of production off last year's squad but returned some talent as well. They still McCall Simms, a Tennesseee Lady Vol softball commit as well as solid talent around the diamond. I dont think they are as good as last season but they will definitely be a tough out. Huntingdon Lady Mustangs seem to be pretty stout as well. Don't know much about Riverside other than Westview defeated them earlier in regions. West Tennessee softball is pretty solid all around id say.

      Eagleville couldn’t catch up to Jones, he did have his location issues but in that game Eagleville popped up everything and the one hit they did have could have been ruled an error. Jeffcoat was a lot sharper in the beginning of the season last year than the end. ER ran out of pitching and still was in striking distance but none the less the better team one. Last seasons tournament was A LOT more balanced and talented. South Pitts starter is a Lefty who was low 80’s but couldn’t maintain his velo throughout the  outing, their #2 was more impressive last year, we knocked him around this year and his mph was down some. Their #3 isn’t bad neither, throws a lot of strikes and sits high 70’s.

      He actually had a really solid spring.  I could see him getting some backup snaps on offense and be a regular on special teams.  Really athletic kid who can run.
