Didnt Howard lose to Hixson???

Look at you /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> Didnt Howard lose to Hixson?? Yeah they did but Harper didnt play and Taylor only played one quarter because of a hard foul by a Hixson player. Didnt Howard Beat Hixson TWICE!!!!! Now answer that. Did Hixson make it to the sectionals??? Answer that! Did Hixson get blown out by a team that Howard beat twice in Brainerd??Answer that! Howard is the cream of the crop when it comes to Chattanooga! Im not dissing any of the teams at the state tourney this year because Everyone is good! But will some one from another city tell this guy who obviously is from Chatt that Howard is the real deal

I will tell you one thing, I like the way you west teams stick up for eachother! Man I tell ya in Chattanooga the newspaper is very bias. I feel like when you have a team like Howard with a shot at winning their first state you should give the kids some credit. They had Red Bank Ranked #1 in the city. Howard beat them, they didnt have D. Taylor ranked in the top 5 players but they have a lot of overrated big guys listed. Phillip Jurick and Carter McMasters from East Ridge and Grace Academy these guys are no match for the athletes Howard has. I Just want some respect for Howard from our city. They keep Temple, Grace Academy, and CSAS in the paper. They just did an article on Brandon Herman a sophmore guard at Grace. When are we gonna hear about Taylor, Ricks, or Allen in a feature article

I know how you feel Dyersburg used to get quite a bit of press coverage over DC but now DC starts getting more coverage since they are winning more and more! But our paper is very good and Mike Smith does a great job on all of his sports coverage!

    • Wow, that really stinks. I hate that for you guys.
    • Not sure what you mean? 40 TOTAL? Macon is a good team no doubt, but I believe they've only scored 35 total points against Uppeeman the last two years, and that's over three games.
    • This scenario resonates with the dynamics observed in my hometown of Hartsville. The undue influence of politics on high school sports remains a pervasive issue, detracting from the integrity of athletic programs.  The proliferation of individuals driven by a thirst for power inevitably precipitates the downfall of any program. It appears that we are currently grappling with similar challenges akin to those faced by Greenback. Please accept my condolences for your ordeal.
    • From what we are hearing on the reservation we will be lucky to beat sunbright. And trust me I am not throwing stones at them because they play their hearts out. It’s a tuff game every year, just like Oakdale but when you have small numbers that’s what you get. And then you add in that you loose two top linemen and the starting qb!!!! Along with a running back!  We are in deep trouble.
    • The coach's departure ensued due to the absence of backing from the board members, compounded by the unsettling revelation that one board member persistently surveilled him, verging on conduct akin to harassment. Furthermore, it appears that meeting the expectations of this community remains an unattainable feat, as even a hypothetical scenario of clinching five consecutive state championships would likely not suffice to quell discontent. The current situation is fraught with complications, primarily stemming from applicants for the position who have cultivated relationships with board members known to have opposed the former coach.
