FHSstr8cash
Farragut beats Heritage 10-0. Matt Ramsey threw a 1 hitter and had 10 strikeouts even though he struggled with his pitches most of the day. Offensive highlights are Jordan Cooper and Curt Powell's back to back homers. Farragut keeps chuggin along. p.s.- Joey Delmonico returned to the lineup today after a broken finger had kept him sidelined. I think he was 1-3 with an RBI. JohnDoe
How is Maryville doing? All the smack they've been talking, are they backing it up?
Solo-mon 2
Maryville shows a record of 7-2 on their site. They went 6-1 at Disney last week. We have heard that this is probably the best Maryville team that they have had in a while.
dawgluvr
Well it looks like the hadmirals are talking smack about their so-called #23 national ranking (http://www.admiralbaseball.com/). Bearden's gonna clean the lazy and spoiled hadmiral's clock at their own Sportsbelle tournament if someone else doesnt do it first. Look for the losing streak to begin soon as they face serious competition on a regular basis at Sportsbelle and district games against the better teams. The out of shape admirals will wear down as the season goes on and everyone is looking forward to getting thier piece of fat hadmiral pie. They were lucky the first time they played Bearden this year. With Bearden's four senior aces Farragut won't get lucky again. No way they run the table against Bearden, William Blount, and Maryville. And I been told S-D was sandbagging in the first game they played the hadmirals this year. Aside from the lucky game the admirals had against em, the Dawgs are undefeated against real competition. GO DAWGS!!! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

FHSstr8cash
Farragut beats SD 11-0. Phieffer throws 2 hitter. Thoreson, Stallings, and Powell each homer. (From Tuesday) Farragut won against a good Homstead Spartans (IN) team 11-1. Hatfield gets the win. (From Monday) Farragut beat WB 2-1 in a good one. Hammer pitched 5 innings, got the win and gave up 1 unearned run. Cooper came in the last 2 and got the save. Farragut improves to 14-0 (5-0 4AAA) on the season, pitching continues to be strongpoint, bats doing very well also but need more consistent play from the bottom of the order. #14 in the nation according to PerfectGame.
