Yes it was correct. Yesterday there were 25. Coach S. had a few men from UT Martin that live in Maryville come out and help with the backs and recievers while he worked with the Big Uglies. All in all it was a pretty good practice.

"Big Uglies", wow I hope big Bell doesnt read this, you know he likes to be referred to as "Big Skilled People", lol. GO CHIEFS!!! by the way baseball practice at 5:30 at the cage.

Good to see things starting to come around again I figured most of the kids would come back. Time is counting down is there going to be a passing league at Sweetwater this year.

So would that mean Stone and Scott would come too? Or is Loudon just wanting to move to the same district as Sequoyah, Central, Polk, Meigs, and Sweetwater? That would sound more like it and that would definitely bring another strong team into the District. Plus Loudon plays all the teams in one sport or another anyway, so that would just be the sensible thing to do.

Bring on th Redskins.....Just an opportunity to keep from taking that yearly thrashing from the Tornadoes.

Be careful what you are putting on here as far as what is going on at "practice". /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=" During the month of June, football players are only allowed to lift and work on conditioning. Sounds like there might be a violation if we are doing any type of "skill work" before the dead period. I wish these guys alot of success. But they have to do things the right way and follow the rules. And observers must be careful not to send the wrong signals. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Everyone is looking!!

The "practice" I refered to was youth league baseball practice, so there are no rules violations going on. GO CHIEFS!!! Need to go about 15 miles to the south to find the rule violations going on, hahahaha.

I was talking about the "practice" black and gold was reporting on. (see above) Seems that Coach S is hitting the ground running. Bring in extra help is good as long as it doesn't "violate" any TSSAA rules.

My first high school head coach had a saying that seems to apply to this post. "There are two things that I will not tolerate on my team. FOOLS AND FOOLISHNESS".

Is it a violation to seperate backs and recievers from the lineman to do agility drills and conditioning? Maybe I should not have used the term practice.

Rumor is we may get two assistants from Meigs, have no idea if thats true. Does anybody know if Rayl left the team?

Has Coach D____ from Meigs been interviewed at Sequoyah yet? Sources say that there will be fewer coaches and players at Meigs after the dead period.
