Actually Mt Juliet is big enough now to be a 5A school and WILL be next year.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Region 4-5A ball! They may not be in the same Region with us next year, but the compitition WILL be as tough every week!

It is true that they have been 5a size for many years. This will be their last year in 4a.

Better enjoy it this year, next year the training wheels are coming off!

This team is young with only 7 seniors. They should be ALOT better next season. Alot of the better teams (Gallatin, Lebanon, & Station Camp) that we will be playing have several talented seniors that will be gone next season. I believe MJ will have their revenge on Gallatin and Lebanon next year. I am looking forward to the change.

Next year the numbers will be better for sure! Will they be in the same region as WC next year?

The great people of MJ have named their NEW football stadium Blue Devil Stadium /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=" Since we own it--you know we WON ON IT /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> I would like to invite all MJ players over to Maggie Moes for some softies--thanks for your hospitality Friday night--Welcome to our Region

Aren't you a coach at Lebanon?

Congrats to Lebanon on a well played game. They imposed their will early. MJ is a young team having lost 22 or so seniors from last years team. This group is a good, young group and I look for them to be well prepared by Coach Perry for years to come.

Nope, not a LHS. I still have love for Coach Brown and the Devils, except when they play us. Ray Charles could see where I coach now.

I guess since we beat Lebanon last year on their field we own it. Next year is when we will be in the same region and you will find out then that it will be our region. Talk smack this year cause you won't be able to for some years to come. Have a nice day.

    • They did a 10 play series deal instead of down and distance. LC scored twice but if it had been an actual game neither would have mattered because they turned over the ball twice with Sweetwater forcing fumbles both times. LC only scored on the 2nd stringers as well. Defense is looking solid and the offense has a good running back and receiver who did not play last year but made several great catches during the scrimmage, I believe the cats had some key pieces missing with baseball and track still being in season at the time. Considering the wildcats were matched up against a 5A school the cats held their own and forced multiple turnovers while also creating scoring opportunities against the LC defense.

I spent 27 years, faithfully in the United States Military. I don’t know if it was because I am Black or an easy target”
    • I don’t see any of them guys why leave programs to go there with no community backing or anything. Word up here on the hill is davy and veto into it over whose kid should be q b for jr high. Tough times in tc hope it all changes with a new face. And once again we aren’t giving up shoulders. And he doesn’t want that crap down there lol
    • They had the toughest bracket last year and no one said a word. You will never make everyone happy. Someone is always complaining.
