cbg didn't get a lot of attention from his father. :

If I remember correctly, CPA has been a dominant team fo the longest time, and played MBA the past few years and kept those games very close - by 3 to 7 points. Its very appropiate for Ryan to scheduele these games, they're not plaing easy teams at all.

Also, Ryan is 1-2 in the region. Thanks for not getting anything right, cbg. : D

I received a great deal attention from my father who was a realist, it just happened to be that the attention was applied to my backside.

FYI,

Hillwood (non region game) won 38-7 Hillwood is now 0-5

JP2 (non region game) won 23-20 JP2 is now 2-4

BGA (REGION GAME) loss 3-7 BGA is now 6-0

John Overton (non region game) won 38-22 John Overton is now 1-4

McCallie (REGION GAME) loss 21-0 McCallie is now 3-3

CPA (non region game) won 55-15 CPA is now 2-3

Knoxville Webb (THIS WILL BE A NON REGION GAME) Webb is now 2-3

Ensworth (REGION GAME) Ensworth is now 5-0

MBA (REGION GAME) MBA is now 6-0

Brentwood Academy) (REGION GAME) Brentwood Academy is now 4-2

The combined record of the teams that Father Ryan has played to date is 14 & 19

The combined record of the teams that they have defeated is 5 & 16

The combined record of the teams they must play in the final 4 games is 17-5

Father Ryan has not defeated a team this season that has a winning record as of today.

Father Ryan has a combined record of 4 & 2 at the present time and a region record of 0 & 2. Where are you getting 1 & 2 in the region? Look @ the schedule on www.coacht.com and it will tell you which teams are regional games.

Now who didn't get anything correct? No need to worry mate as I have already forgiven you!

Best of luck to the Irish but these are the facts. If you are in the South Florida area this Fall or Winter bring your SPF 55 and I will take you fishing.

    • Wanted to see if all of you would lift up Kyle James family in prayer. Kyle was one of the best wrestlers to ever come out of Soddy Daisy and as some of you know he lost his house a few weeks ago and now his family and friends mourns his passing. Not sure if any of you were around in early 2000’s when Kyle was wrestling at Soddy, but he was a 3 time state champ and a Fargo AA along with going to Colorado to train to make the Olympic team. That goal was never reached due to medical issues, but he was an amazing wrestler and his family is as good as gold. If you were around at that time and have any pictures of Kyle, please go onto Alexy Winesburgh FB page and post. Thanks, Doug Benton
    • My opinion the 8 teams will be-  Greenback, Wartburg, Gordonsville, Jo Byrns, Eagleville, Bruceton, Dresden, and South Fulton. Gordonsviile is probably the favorite but I wont say it will be an easy road. With the right draw any of the 8 could win it.
    • I understand Gibson Co. will be announced tomorrow with a familiar name. Not sure about So. Gibson.
    • A huge addition to the staff today! Former Hardin Valley legend and Richmond College running back Aaron Dykes was announced as the running backs coach. Rushed for over 3,000 yards at HVA, with 35 total touchdowns. I loved watching in Hardin Valley. I can’t believe he’s at Bearden now. I know he was trying to get a HVA job, I don’t know what happened there and how he ended up at Bearden, but I'm glad he’s here and believe he will be teaching art class as well! What a good get for the staff!!
    • Thoughts? Gordonsville won it last year with a sophomore pitcher and returned almost everybody. Can anyone beat them?
