LCA in a bowl game?

Found out today that Lancaster could participate in a bowl game against a 5-5 team that misses the playoffs. This would be a great opportunity for LCA before they enter the TSSAA. We have worked very hard to build a program these last two years. We know we have a long way to go. However, if the school continues to grow I think we will have a solid program within the next few years.

Region 4 1A would be a great tool to judge against.. Ask the 5th place team in the region to play you. They probably wouldn't mind at all. Probably be Gordonsville,or Watertown, or Clay county, or Monterey this year.All of these teams are pretty equal this yr. We are certainly not a power house. We have a few kids that work extremely hard and they are very coachable. We run simple schemes and focus on fundamentals every day in practice. We are very aware of what we are right now and what lies ahead. God bless

Region 5 1A would also be a good place as they are geographically closer.

I am sure that someone out there would love for an opportunity to play one more game. It will be interesting to see how this all pans out. It will be a great gauge for the team as well. Perhaps it will provide an opportunity to silence the critics so to speak after playing a mild schedule.

the best chance is vs jackson.co perhaps,one of the schools listed previous in 1a and possibly upperman but the upperman bowl in baxter is a good shot.outside of that bowl there is 1 in columbia and maybe 1 or 2 that pop up and such every year that don't hang around much.i love bowls but many coaches pout and don't want to go to a bowl game at 5 and 5 or 6 and 4.they want playoffs or nothing
