I know that this is mostly a high school football forum but I just wanted to congradulate GCA middle on their back 2 back TMSAA East TN. state championship. I'm trying to think if I heard you guys beating Clinton, N. Anderson County, the Oak Ridge or Campbell County teams, Alcoa, Jeff County.....these were all pretty good teams this season......

All these schools above are in the AA and AAA middle school class. We won the single A class the past 2 years. I haven't heard yet who won the AA and AAA classes.

We scored 386 points and allowed only 14 this season. We had 105 first downs and our opponents only had 33. We racked up a total of 2,531 rushing yards and held our opponents to only 226. Our total offense was 3,054 yards.

We won the SVC championships in 2002, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008 and were runners up in 2001 and 2005.

 

Our record over the past eight seasons is 61-4 and 34-1 over the last 4 seasons with a 27 game winning streak (9-0 last 3 seasons). They also have a 40 regular-season game winning streak.

Hey Zone!

Oneida won the AA Championship this year. The Indians also beat Clinton, at Clinton, earlier in the season! Clinton won the AAA Championship Saturday. Oneida also won against Anderson County and LaFollette (two AAA teams). And you all havn't even seen the Cheetah yet! It was a very good year for Oneida Middle School.

 

Congratulations to Grace and Clinton as well. I was lucky enough to see all the championship teams. Should be some great games in High School.

Speaking of GC...The mighty Indians from Oneida travel down to Ktown to play the Rams this year. How good is ya'lls team. These two schools are so close, bout time they played.
