Shuey, calm down. Man you are talking before you know what they will have. Waverly still has a lot of questions for next year too. So be careful what you say. They can come back to haunt you. Once a program begins success, it breeds success and I expect Stewart to have a good team again next year.

once again ricky ur right i apologize and ya'll prolly might have a good team, all i know is we will be the last of region 7 2A lets go and dominate our region and play for the 1 and 2, lets run the table together nexts year, ya'll have a good off-season, hope i'll do well, we will be working to and have a good offseason, we will both put a hurting on the other 6 teams in our region, good luck in preseason!

Great post...Makes alot of sense there

Lets see who they schedule...With the same schedule as this year...I would expect similar results..A good record, and one and doen in the playoffs...If they go and get some good non-region opponents...They may have a little worse of a record, but a chance to win a playoff game ...There first in school history....I think that they do lose alot though...Are both of the recievers seniors?

Papatiger that is what sportsmanship is all about. Both teams has to continue to work hard.Hard work equals success.

The prodding that is done on here should be done in fun, but we all know these are kids. We should support them. And like I said, success breeds more success. Everyone continues to get better if they practice against better players. And offseason means a lot to these teams. From what I've been told, you can see the Camden players working all year long, lifting, running, and conditioning on their own, not because the coach told them to, but because they want to get better. If the other teams in the region want to get to that point, they will have to put similar effort into it.

Do you know already who will be in your DISTRICT for next year? ( No more regions) TSSAA board of Governors meet on Thursday for the 2009 Re-alignment/Re-classification.

Papa is right about one thing for sure, winning is habit forming and so is losing. I??™ve seen SC play since the 70??™s and the entire attitude of the community has changed. It matters when these kids are out in town and people are talking about (and expecting) winning. Consistency of winning is the key now in SC rise to being a winning program. Next year SC will have a harder time getting a schedule and will not slip up on anyone. I??™m proud to see the Rebels come on and be a threat on the FB field. Good Luck next year and keep it going!

Yes it is district sorry...Though it is not my team....Most people will predict it will be much like their basketball region now...Cheatham, Sycamore, Waverly, Mont. Cent., Harpeth, and Creekwood...With those 6 games..Based on this years results, Sycamore would be a tough test, as well as waverly..Cheatham would be a good test as well...My guess is their non-schedule would have natural rival Houston Co. (couldnt see them giving up that gate...and win)But the other three games are very important...It is kinda a double edged sword...Schedule some better opponents, and take the chance of not getting a playoff spot....Schedule some tougher opponents, and maybe break into the playoff scene with some wins.....Needless to say if SC does have this region, they will have the team with the longest losing streak in the state (MC), team that scored the fewest points in the state this past year (HC...which I see them playing) It will be hard to know exactly who they will be with...I could not see them getting stuck out west (I think Waverly would go before them)..Also some think that Sycamore may go East and they would be replaced with Camden...Myguess is thats 5 of the 6 teams they will be with..Oh yeah add Fairview to that list of region opponents...Also a tough test...

    • The people need our help!
    • Lol when was last time they won region or got past the 3 rd round.
    • Gravedigger gotta finish filling the hole before hitting 40 East. May need a new Yellow Shirt play signaler on the Stones. And apparently a new strength coach now. Cicadas must've got shaken out of the bushes in Donelson. Hopefully the mower man sticks around to keep DG field looking pristine. Maybe new OC can call in a favor to his PGA friends that knows a thing or two about being green during the season. The heat is on soon. Bring in the 2 way freak Iceman and cool things off. He knows a thing or 2 about wildcats. Gotta take our talents South soon for Nationals. Don't step on my blue suede shoes.
