fallguy
Who lost the most and who has the most returning?
bigclittleh
Who lost the most and who has the most returning? The Chiefs lost two starters! They have 5 SR , 1 JR, 2 SOPH returning starters. The bench will be much stronger with 3-4 more soph that will push for playing time. Not sure about the incoming freshman class. We must continue to develop our young pitching staff. GO CHIEFS!

o-ya
Who lost the most and who has the most returning? From what i understand Mcminn Central only lost 3 players last year: one starting pitcher and a pitcher 3rd base that were starters and they could possibly start up to 8 seniors at one time this year

partyboy
Since when has Mcminn Central dominated? they have done a pretty good job the past 3 years and this year should be their best. they have only had trouble with 3 teams that matter. (meigs, marion, goodpasture) and the 2 times the got beat by goodpasture they went on to win the state. so im thinkin thats dominant. what other team in 5-aa has dominated like that. im pretty sure they are the only ones. Tennesseesportsfan
Who lost the most and who has the most returning? McMinn Central - Lost their #1 and 2 pitcher, can Adlerhold, Rayburn and Moses fill those shoes? They are the team to beat. Only team to beat them last year was Meigs in 5AA. Meigs - lost 4 (3 to graduation and 1 transfer) Who is going to step in Meadows shoes behind the plate? Will be able to beat anyone with McGinnis on the mound. How will they respond to 3 coaches in 3 years? Lots of tradition there, they have won many district titles. Last year was the first year in long time they wern't 1st or 2nd in the district. Polk - They lost their #1 and 2 pitchers, ss, 2 outfielders, c, and DH. They will be competitive but that is alot of holes to fill. Never won a district title but are hungry to win. Boyd - Not sure how many they lost but are always near the top of 5AA. Sequoyah - Good coach! This is a team that you cannot overlook. This if my prediction for the top 5 in 5AA! Good Luck to all teams.
TheBone
The only way the Chargers can be beat is if they beat themselves. My predicition... they wont lose a district game all year! Too many of those boys want a state title bad enough that they arent gonna allow for a let down this season and finally make it to the big show in Murfreesboro. And btw they could also very well be the best looking team in the sate! If they play as good as they look they'll be a force to reckoned with. Go Chargers!
