polk county had a pretty weak schedule this season so they should win alot.

Rowland is their only player huh??? They have a major league arm anchoring a pitching rotation that is pretty solid. Yes they lost players from last years team but none of which really mattered. With Rowland, McKinney and Crabtree in the middle of the lineup, and the Malone kid that has developed into a pretty solid player, this team I believe will not lose a district game.

meigs has won the district twice out of the last three years.

well it would not be good at all for football to have 45 days of dead period because that is half of the summer. In football you spend all but maybe one week conditioning, workingout, and going through the plays. and the week before school starts you strap on the pads. so if you have a 45 day dead period you will be way behind on conditining, workingout and going through the plays. So when you finally put on pads and find out who your real football players are you got just a few weeks until you start playing on friday nights.

mcminn central and meigs will definantly be a great game to watch. Even better than before now that rayl is at mcminn central. this will be a very close game with or without rayl and expect it to be dirty.
