16-u Sting?

I saw in the paper yesterday that the 16-u Sting came in 4th in the Las Vegas tournament, who is on that team?

I heard from someone that there were only a few teams in the tournament due to missing school. When you think about it, though, it is an accomplishment in itself just to be invited to that tournament. Way to go, girls! I know that Ashley Singleton and Laura Freeman played for them this year.

In addition to Ashley Singleton and Laura Freeman, the Sting has 3 players from Davidson Academy, 1 from Father Ryan, 1 from FRA, 1 from Brentwood High, 1 from Forrest, 1 from White House, and 1 from Greenbriar.

THIS WAS A VERY TALENTED GROUP OF GIRLS. THEY HAD BASE HITS AND MADE THE PLAYS. PITCHING WAS LED BY DAVIDSON ACADEMY FRESHMAN ( SOPHOMORE THIS YEAR ) CHELSEA GOODWIN.THIS WAS A TEAM EFFORT. EMILY HUTCHINS, TABBY WALLER WERE ALSO FROM DAVIDSON AS WELL. LAURA MATTHEWS FROM FRA, JAMIE BOYD FROM FATHER RYAN, LEXIE SMITH FROM BRENTWOOD, AMANDA WEBB FROM FORREST,ASHLEY BURTON FROM GREENBRIER AND MEGAN MANGRUM FROM WHITE HOUSE. GGOD JOB GIRLS!

this team was a good group of young ladies that played together as a team. chelsea goodwin that led them in pitching was from davidson along with : tabby waller and emily hutchins. ashley burton greenbrier, laura matthews fra, jamie boyd father ryan, lexie smith brentwood, meagan mangrum white house,ashley singleton lavergne,amanda webb forrest, and laura freeman.
