Luke Mishu is a very skilled player for Catholic. I think he is being looked at by Indiana. Also like someone said earlier, Max Herrera and Kosta Nassios are very good players and can play some great soccer.

I agree with Max Herrera. Very good player. Haven't heard of Luke Mishu. Is he ODP? I know that IU usually only looks at Regional or National Pool players. Good luck to him.

Brandon Saunders - Midfielder for Ravenwood High School. Excellent size and a strong, physical presence in the middle. Very athletic, excellent ball work and vision. Being heavily recruited already by many D1 schools, including several top 25 ranked programs. Think we'll see a very big year from him.

I agree with most of these. I also like Tyson Atkinson and Ryan Bristol from Centenniel. Tyson was hurt but I think he will play this year. Ryan Bristol might not be eligible, but I hear he played good for KFC this year. College coaches seem to like them both.

Ryan Bristol is one of the best keepers in the nation. I watched him shut out Andromeda FC, 2008's reigning national champions. He is also one of the most athletic. I had the pleasure of watching him jump over a car.

Well we know soccrfan is from Ravenwood

Close. Certainly a Mid. TN soccrfan with years of exposure to the local kids playing for TNFC, Brentwood, and HFC. Do like what I see at Ravenwood but also think Centennial and Independence will be in the running. Can't ignore Brentwood either, especially if Nick Desalvatore, Eric Bowen, and Michael Giordano can all stay healthy.

I didnt mean anything bad by it. I can just tell by all of your posts. Its kind of obvious

No worries and no offense taken. Certainly have interest in Ravenwood for reasons previously mentioned, but I'm not from Ravenwood (but close!) /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

    • All high school coaching postions are year to year. At least in public schools.
    • Yes in the regular season. But once Westview's young kids got the experience from the season, they only lost to Dyersburg by a field goal in the playoffs. Westview was young last year. They will be tough this year
    • That is absolutely not the truth.  Few if any college coaches or school administrators want to be in the middle of legal proceedings if there is any way possible to avoid being caught in the middle.  With that being said I have two questions: 1.  Why would a coach remove any player from the team for using the F WORD?  Yes, I fully understand the player must be held accountable for her actions.  Maybe extra running and even a one game suspension but if every kid or coach that used improper language was kicked off the team or fired, they would have no players or coaches available to play the games. 2.  If there was truly another player or coach that witnessed this situation, and they agree with the player then by all means the coach should be held accountable for their actions.
    • 1st round exit?        For real ?!?!?!                     Oh wait.....    are we talking band or football?
    • Assistant football staff still the same? Any replacement for Brian Beaubien? Who will be the DC? Will there be anything going on this spring with football? I go watch practice often.
