riverside gains new coach former tssaa umpire. coach rhodes is a former parsons native also ...will he turn riversides baseball program around if so how long will it take?

Should be stonger than last year, only lost 1 starter. Gained some pitching and some hitting.

 

Should be very interesting this year, tough schedule should help by district tournament. (Dyer Co, Hardin Co, Shelbyville, McKenzie, Huntingdon just to name a few)

yea its way too small for a high school park .....i think coach rhodes understands that and will play accordingly

Well after playing Riverside twice this week I will say they have a pretty good team. How good in their district I don't know but they will not be an easy game for anyone they play typically. Congrats to them on the two wins.

 

I was really impressed with the Fisher kid.

 

We, Clarksburg, didn't play bad but our lack of practice showed up at the plate especially. We have had only one scrimmage prior to mon and tues games and maybe 1 practice on the field, so we haven't seen hardly any live pitching.

 

We are better than last year I think but how much remains to be seen.
