Congrads to the Forrest Lady Rockets on winning their district for the fourth season in a roll. This was a great win tonight over a very good and confident MTCS team and I have a feeling we will probably see them 2 more times this year, if the both teams keep winning. These 6 Senior Lady Rockets have a 46-2 district record, 3 state tournament appearancs, and won it all in 2006 with the raising of the GOLD BALL. Coach Jean has these ladies playing better than they ever have and tonight they proved it. Ladies, keep striving to be the best and stay focus on the goal at hand. District Tournament. The ladies are gearing up for their last three games of the regular season. Feb.3 against FC Boyd, then Richland on Fri. Feb. 6. Last but not lest is Collinwood. Forrest Ladies will be trying to revenge a lost when we played them in the Waynesboro Classic last Dec. The game will be at Collinwood on Mon Feb.9. Should be a exciting game to watch. Both teams will like to have a victory going into their on district tournaments. Game can be heard on www.wjjm.com, if you can't make the game. Come and support both women and men teams from Forrest, you want be disapointed. All 3 are away games. Make us proud, GO LADY ROCKETS AND ROCKETS we're behind you whatever the outcome.
