slim, any news on make up dates for the Elizabethton @ Unicoi Co. and Happy Valley @ Johnson Co. games from 2/3? I know Sullivan North @ Chuckey Doak is being made up tonight.

South Greene, 10-4 (14-10)

Happy Valley, 8-5 (11-11)

Elizabethton, 7-6 14-12)

Sullivan North, 6-8 (10-16)

Chuckey Doak, 1-13 (5-19)

West Greene, 1-13 (2-21)

Class AA-District 1 Tournament to be held February 18-February 24 at Daniel Boone High School in Gray, TN

 

It appears the quarterfinal match ups in the D1-AA Tournament coming up this week will be:

 

#1 Unicoi Co. vs. #8 Chuckey Doak/West Greene

#2 Johnson Co. vs. #7 Chuckey Doak/West Greene

#3 South Greene vs. #6 Sullivan North

#4 Happy Valley vs. #5 Elizabethton

 

The #3/#6 and #4/#5 games should be worth the price of admission, as the #1/#8 and #2/#7 games look to be virtual locks. The #3 South Greene vs. #6 Sullivan North match up looks to be the game marked for upset alert. If the Raiders get hot, it could be one and done for the Rebels. The #4 Happy Valley vs. #5 Elizabethton game looks to be even, a push if you will, thus if Elizabethton wins I would not deem it an upset.
