BigDaddy50
If both win Tuesday (both should) there will be a coin flip Friday the 13th.......Wow what a day to flip a coin! Winner doesn't play opening round Monday the 16th.....they get a bye and play the winner of the #4 vs #5 seed in Watertown the following Friday. Loser of the flip host Merrol Hyde Monday night and then will take on the winner of the #3 vs #6 seed at watertown. I think I have that right...... #1 bye #2 vs #7 #3 vs #6 #4 vs #5 all at higher seed'd gym

Go to records against region teams, total points allowed against district teams, anything but a coin flip.
worden55
right now, today, Merrol Hyde is the 6th seed and MJCA is the 7th, but they play thursday and hopefully we can flip flop that. Right now I believe Trousdale has the 5th locked up and will play Watertown.
BALLIN09
i agree with abe up here coin toss shouldnt decide this...we should look at their records or somethin other than a coin flip and decide..

thug dadi
This may be one of those times when it's best to lose. Several times, the team that gets the bye looses some intensity with the in-action. But, either way, this isn't how the teams finish the season, just for seeding. Both teams will finish tied for 1st in the season, it's just that you can't have two teams on one side of a bracket.

I understand losing intensity, but the loser of the coin flip will probably have to play Westmoreland again to get to the finals, the winner will not. Friendship had one fairly close game with Westmoreland and Gordonsville had 2. The winner of the flip is not guaranteed a trip to the district finals, but will have an easier route.
